Seeking tomorrow’s leaders, today – MTILP Applications Open

Applications are now open for the 2012 Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership Program (MTILP).

Now in its fourth year MTILP is a professional development program unlike any other. The program challenges your understanding on key leadership qualities such as, emotional intelligence, principal centred leadership, management skills, identifying personal strengths, neuro science theory, and positive psychology. The program encourages participants to apply these skills to their roles within the tourism industry, which in turn generates high level thinking on key tourism industry issues, builds strong networks, and provides exposure to inspirational leaders.

The program is open to anyone with a passion for the tourism industry, demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to engage in open forum conversations.

The program is delivered through monthly workshops, starting in February 2012 – October 2012.
