Vancouver tourism leader to visit Melbourne forum

International tourism leader, Rick Antonson will visit Melbourne  as a guest of Destination Melbourne.

Rick Antonson is CEO and President of Tourism Vancouver, and speaks all over the world on the topic of tourism and travel. He is expected to discuss promotion, marketing and management at the Global Destinations Forum.

Both Vancouver and Melbourne have been cited as two of the ‘Most Liveable Cities’ in the world – the talk aims to disect what makes a liveable city an attractive prospect for visitors.

The Global Destinations Forum takes place at the Convention & Exhibition Centre in Melbourne on Wednesday October 5 2011
