Destination Melbourne Industry Famils Program

Destination Melbourne facilitates a series of famils throughout the year. They provide the tourism industry with the opportunity to network, and learn about new product developments.

Industry Launches

Destination Melbourne has the capability to co-host events that give the industry an exclusive preview of a new product, exhibition or event. Past launches have included: Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs, Polly Woodside, Titanic and Pompeii.

Afterdark Party

Destination Melbourne are proud supporters of the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards and we also like a party. Therefore, it’s a perfect fit that we host the official after party. It is a great chance to catch up with fellow industry friends, show off your dance moves and celebrate the tourism industry’s achievements.

Travellers Aid Trivia Night

Destination Melbourne hosts an annual trivia night to raise money for Travellers Aid, an integral support service that assists people who are stranded, in danger or facing some other kind of travel-related emergency. Last year almost $7,000

was raised for the charity. This year we are aiming to set a new record. Get a team of 10 together and join us for a fun night of brain training and networking while raising money for a vital service.
