Graduate Program

The need for the development of a Mentoring Program for MTILP Graduates was identified at the Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership Program Summit during Victoria Tourism Week 2010.

2013 will see us continue the Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership Mentoring Program offered exclusively to graduates of MTILP.

It is designed to help graduates build upon their learning and experience in the years after they have completed the Leadership Program. It encourages graduates to grow their networks and engage in the broader Melbourne agenda by supporting the development of a mentoring relationship with an established industry leader.
